Breakthrough Volunteers Info Night

Volunteers Info Night

Breakthrough is a charity working with adult survivors of trauma and childhood abuse, and it is growing, fast!

As a charity focused on supporting survivors of abuse and people experiencing mental health difficulties, they need a team of lovely and dedicated volunteers to help meet the need head on.

Fancy writing some notes of support to put in care packages?
Supporting attendees at an event?
Responding to someone in crisis in an international online group?
Serving coffee at a weekend training morning?
Facilitating a local support group?
Or spending an hour a week answering emails and folding event flyers?

Volunteering can be one of the most rewarding things you can do, and with a developing local charity like Breakthrough there are dozens of ways you can help (even if you’re not quite sure how right now).

Come and join Giles, Holly and Heidi at St Luke's on 4th September to hear a little more about what Breakthrough does in the area and how you can be involved.

Whether you want to get stuck in on a weekly basis or just offer a bit of support an hour a month, come and find out more and be part of a team dedicated to loving and caring for the people in our city who need it.

When: Wednesday 4 September 2019, 7pm - 9pm

Where: Upper Hall, St Luke's Church Community Centre, Bath, BA2 3BD
